Byron Roth is chairman and CEO of Roth Capital Partners, LLC Mr. Roth was appointed chairman in 1998, and has served as CEO since 1997, president since 1993, and director of corporate finance since 1992. He currently serves on the Board of Directors as well as the Executive Committee for the University of California Irvine Graduate School Of Management and is a member of the TechNet Executive committee.
Under Mr. Roth’s leadership, Roth Capital Partners has grown into a leading investment bank for emerging growth companies. Since 1993, Roth Capital Partners has raised approximately $5.0 billion in public financings for over 200 companies. In the mid to late 1990s, Roth Capital Partners marked its success in the IPO market as the firm ranked in the top 20 for aftermarket performance each year from 1994 through 1999.
Over the past several years, given the limited window for IPO’s and traditional follow-ons, Roth Capital Partners continued to seek financing alternatives for its clients through PIPE and Registered Direct offerings, and has consistently earned top ranking in terms of number of transactions.
Roth Capital Partners, LLC is headquartered in Newport Beach, California, with offices Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, San Diego, and Seattle.
