Mr. Nisser is a Consultant to SJ Berwin LLP. Mr. Nisser assists companies in the Nordic countries and U.S. clients with listings of their securities on AIM. Mr. Nisser has been a senior executive with Volvo and Goodyear, and a project manager for USAID. Unusually for a lawyer, Mr. Nisser has been a co-founder, and executive of several start-ups in Europe and in the US and he is the co-owner of a patent for acoustic smart cards. Mr. Nisser has been a board member of the Raoul Wallenberg Committee of the United States. Mr. Nisser studied at the Universities of Uppsala, Sweden; Strasbourg, France; Coimbra, Portugal and Harvard Business School. Mr. Nisser lives in London and New York.
