E. John Schneider, IV is a Managing Director and the Assistant Head of Investment Banking at WR Hambrecht + Co. Mr. Schneider’s responsibilities include directing the firm’s investment banking activities for growth companies, which includes initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertibles, M&A and private placements for both public and private companies. Mr. Schneider has held various positions with WR Hambrecht + Co’s investment banking department since joining the firm in 2002. Prior to joining WR Hambrecht + Co, Mr. Schneider spent 5 years in corporate finance with Robertson Stephens in San Francisco. He received his AB degree in History from Princeton University.
