Gregory Soukup is a partner of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Soukup’s responsibilities include leading Ernst & Young’s West Zone Transaction Advisory Services tax practice which includes all aspects of corporate taxation, particularly tax due diligence, transaction structuring and planning. Mr. Soukup previously served in the Minneapolis Office and the Washington, D.C. National Tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP.
He received his B.A. degree (summa cum laude) from St. John’s University in 1972, a J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota in 1976, and an LL.M (magna cum laude) from Georgetown University in 1982. Mr. Soukup has served as a corporate tax professor in the MBT programs at both Golden Gate University and the University of Southern California and the LLM program at Loyola University Law School.
