Charles ("Chuck") H. Esserman co-founded TSG Consumer Partners. Mr. Esserman was with Bain & Company, a leading strategic consulting firm, before co-founding The Shansby Group. At Bain, he assisted a wide array of consumer product companies in evaluating acquisitions, implementing cost-reduction and marketing strategies. Previously, Mr. Esserman assisted in founding software companies at the infancy of the personal computer industry. Mr. Esserman received his B.S., with top honors, in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
