STEP Strategy Advisors represents emerging growth companies in industry sectors such as entertainment technology, consumer products, cosmetics, water, shopping and e-commerce, packaging, plastics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, security, logistics, and information technology.
The STEP team are experienced CEOs who have developed significant and successful companies. STEP advises on revenue growth, market positioning, mergers and acquisitions, access to the capital markets, and the development and execution of strategies to achieve significant results. STEP has offices in Los Angeles and Tel Aviv.
Sharona Justman co-founded Rubenstein / Justman Management Consultants that serves middle market companies in providing project management for enterprise-wide projects involving operations improvement and information technology for firms in distribution, manufacturing, financial services, and entertainment.
Sharona Justman began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a CPA. Sharona Justman is an alumna of Hebrew University of Jerusalem and California State University, Northridge with a BS in Accounting and Economics. Sharona Justman is a member of the Business Advisory Council for the School of Business at CSUN, serves on the Board of the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA), and is on the Advisory Board of several companies.
