It will typically provide financing of $1 million to $5 million, generally structured in the form of subordinated debt with attached warrants (for the future purchase of common equity). It can also arrange larger financings through its partners or affiliations with other firms. Banyan focuses on companies with revenues of $5 million to $100 million, profitable operations and in growing industry segments.
