| China Venture Capital Research Institute (Hong Kong) was established on the initiative of Professor Cheng Siwei, Vice Chairmen of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, and with the strong support of Professor Poon Chung-kwong, President of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The mission of the Institute is to promote the development of China’s venture capital and hi-tech industries by providing the best services for related theoretical and practical studies and policy making.
